GDPR bar do not popup on mobile device

Hello i am testing the GDPR feature and i have implemented it into the construction 2 demo.
The browsers chrome, firefox, edge on pc works fine. Really nice thank you. But the mobile brwosers does not working fine.

Chrome mobile (newest version from playstore):
-The popup does not appear on first visit or after resetting

Firefox mobile (newest version from playstore):
-The popup does not appear on first visit or after resetting
-After resetting the cookies with the reset button the preferences showing still activated. But it should be showing deactivated.

We did a test now and really the GDPR bar do not appear on real mobile devices. Very strange!

We will look into a fix for it more deeply and reply for you soon with a fix!
