How to Use OffCanvas Mobile Menu

Hello, I´m facing issue with mobile menu. The menu on the mobile phone behaves strangely. When it opens, it hides part of the header, and the worst problem is when I’m in the middle of the page and want to open the menu on the mobile. I click to open the menu, and it jumps to the top of the page… What is intended here is for the menu to open without having to scroll.
