Identify template

Hi, I am tasked with updating the website http://firstadvice.com.au/. The theme.css file is branded:
Name: theme.css
Written by: Okler Themes – (http://www.okler.net)
Version: 4.8.0

I purchased the Tuscon theme for examples but this seems to be an older template. Are you able to assist in identifying which template was used to create the website?

The template used is Porto HTML. You can find in this link:
