Images all gray

I just purchased this through theme forest. As I open the demos, all the images are gray. The entire image file structure and pathing in the code is setup, which is odd if the image is just gray, could have used one image for all, so I assume this is a packaging issue? I customize but it is nice to view the demos for ideas.

Please note that the original images are not included within the template files. This is described at our description on ThemeForest. The reason is we use premium stock images in our preview and due to copyright issues we can’t distribute.
