Issue with Sticky sidebar match height and Sticky ads Refreshing

    Hi,

    I have purchased the theme around 2016 and such an awesome theme. I have upgraded to recent theme 10.2.0 and facing the below issues.

    1. Left side sticky side bar is not remain sticky until the footer reaches and the property got changed to “relative” in between from “fixed”.

    2. I have used right sidebar as sticky and used to display the ads (as of now removed the ads on the page given above). When I am trying to scroll down, the ads getting refreshed on the right side bar. However, the ads are not refreshing if sticky not used.

    For the second issue, you have provided the solution long back and still using the same. But it is not working with latest versions.

    Please suggest if any changes I need add to resolve the above two.
