I liked the light background of the Left-hand navigation menu on layouts-light-sidebar.html and layouts-left-sidebar-big-icons-light.html.

How can I apply a similar (Light Background of the menu) left-hand navigation structure and style similar to the Basic form and advanced form pages navigation menu? At the moment, both form pages implement a dark theme.

I was able to figure out the solution.

The only help I want now is to change the color of the font.

At the moment, I am unable to see anything in the menu due to the white font in while background of the left-hand navigation.

How can I change the text color of navigation menu items to dark (Preferably black)?

    Thanks,
    Yagya

Also if I want to change the big icons (layouts-left-sidebar-big-icons.html) that are relevant to my context, how can I do that. I could not see the reference to change the icons.

    Hello,

If possible send us the URL of your project so we can provide the exact solution.

For the colors, you basically need to find the css that is being applied and create a “custom” css for it to replace:

How to find which css is being applied to an element.

Icons are font icons, in that case we use boxincons:

You can see available icons in this link: https://boxicons.com/

You can also use FontAwesome icons: https://fontawesome.com/

Thanks for the help. You mean to provide the URL of the local laptop. The site is being developed on the local machine before the deployment.

If you could upload it in a temporary server would be great, but like I said, for the colors you can find the css with Chrome Dev Tools.
