local hosted video

Hi! Id like to use a locally hosted video in this slider, its currently set to go to vimeo, it comes originally from this page: https://www.okler.net/previews/ezy/3.1.0/multi-purpose-8.html chatgpt doesnt seem to know how to do it and the help videos Ive seen are all regarding WordPress installs. itd be great if its possible…, maybe using the same iframe set up, i checked the medias elements page but none of the examples there are locally hosted
