Message Us and Contact forms stopped working

Hi guys! It’s Melanie again. So this happened on another site I use this template for and now I checked my other client and the form too has stopped working on their site. I used Wufoo to totally replace the template one as a solution, but really like the POP-UP quick contact we call MESSAGE US and none of it’s working except where I use wufoo.

HELP!
I have used your template for the last 4 sites I have designed and perplexed 🤔 I contacted BlueHost and they said it’s nothing at their end (of course they did).

Can you PLEASE give me the fix? I searched the forum and see many others with this issue but NO fix is supplied. Thank you soooo much!

Hi, please send more details. Where can I see that problem? is there a test page? Can you submit the form? You just don’t get the email after submit?
