Modal – doesn’t show the reference file

I have embedded the HTML with a modal function in our SharePoint website, but the reference file is not being located. However, when I run the same HTML code without the SharePoint context, the reference file is found and displayed correctly.

and where can I change the primary color, secondary etc..
