    Is there any way to display the album art when the song is playing?

    Hello, unfortunatelly it’s not possible, that element doen’t have that option.

    My suggestion is that you open it inside a popup/modal in your site and put the track info as HTML code.

    You could also use a custom player, such as https://codepen.io/EmNudge/pen/rRbLJQ if you want.

    so that would require a separate modal for each song then yes?
    song 1 > modal-1
    song 2 > modal-2

    etc etc yes?

    Yes, one modal for each song. That was just my suggestion to make it a little better than redirect to another page.
