Need help

Hi- I purchased multiple license for this one site. I have been using you for 8 years now for my career5.com site and not this HTML version which I purchased by accident, but for the WordPress version. The license I used for that is this: 08cca646-145c-465c-9bd9-138aa18a3ad3

I have renamed my site to ascend5 and moved my career5 site over to that. You can see that when you just put in the career5.com URL into a browser window.

I also purchased an ascend5 WordPress license a while ago as well. But I can’t find that license number.

Can you please fix this for me so that my license reflects ascend5.com instead of career5?

Hello, thanks for using Porto, not sure if I understand the questions very well but regarding license and activations for the WordPress version you need to request that in this link: https://www.portotheme.com/support/?envato_item_id=9207399

Please let me know if it’s related to the HTMl version as the WordPress version was created by another author.
