One-page links do not open like demo, and do not want revolution slider

The template looks awesome, admittedly I’m not an expert with HTML, I’ve been using Joomla forever. I wanted to go with this however, I’m finding it extremely difficult to disable the slider events that go on the home page. I prefer something simple just a page no need for the flashy stuff.
I did see a similar request in your knowledge base but again, I tried to delete the appropriate area and replace with your suggestion but it wasn’t working.
In addition your demo shows a quick response when you hit the links to go to the menu item but there is a delay and in some portions the menu section does not show up properly.

Please send us more details like what’s the demo you are starting. On this way we can send a code for you reproducing the slider layout (without revolution slider). But please note that depending on demo this can not be possible or partially possible, since somethings only can be reproduced within a slider revolution.

Sorry but we couldn’t reproduce the “delay” or “show up properly” you mentioned. Please send us more details about this question and what’s the demo you are using. Would be great if you send a online test link with your website for us, so we can inspect your code and better reproduce the mentioned issue.
