Porto Theme – Functionality Plugin will not update

My Porto Theme – Functionality Plugin is Inactive. It will not update. It gives the following error:

Updating Plugin: Porto Functionality
Purchase Code is not valid or could not connect to the API server! Please try again later.

Plugin not activated. A higher version of Porto Functionality is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.
