Now, I have the problem :

sorry about that problem, however, please note that the website where you found the wrong information it’s not the oficial Envato/ThemeForest portal. It’s a third party website that only redirect to Envato/ThemeForest portal.

When you go buy a Envato/ThemeForest template always consider the informations about the template that are in the Envato/ThemeForest Portal. Like this URL below:
https://themeforest.net/item/tucson-responsive-html5-template/6563817?s_rank=1
The informations about Tucson Template in that link above are the correct ones.

Anyway you can request a refund with Envato, all support related to payment and refund is run through Envato’s ticket service:
