I change the iphone with a laptop. How do I change the slider dimensions to make it fit the laptop?

Hello, you need to make some changes in the main css, here is my suggestion:

(css/custom.css)

.custom-carousel-1 .owl-carousel {
    padding: 38px 0 0 38px;
}

.custom-carousel-1 .owl-carousel {
    width: 452px !important;
    height: 280px !important;
}

.custom-carousel-1 .owl-nav button.owl-next  {
    right: 55px;
}

@media (min-width: 992px) {
	.custom-carousel-1 {
		right: 200px;
	}
}

@media (min-width: 1200px) {
	.custom-carousel-1 {
		right: 100px;
	}
}

Your images in that slider must be width: 452px and height: 280px
