Responsive – Copywriting Not Adjusting

Hi,

I have replaced some copywriting but it does not adjust when I shrink the page. I am shrinking it inside of Phoenix Text Editor. I have the code and webpage open and wen I drag the webpage so that it is smaller, the copywriting overlaps the photo.

Am I doing something incorrect? Or is this because I am in the text editor and if it were live and on different devices, it would be responsive?

Hi, I have included a WeTransfer link to the Index file. The copywriting I have completed as follows overlaps the picture to its right when I make the webpage smaller as if I was viewing on smaller devices.
