Responsive sorting gallery not working with mobile

Hello,

Congrats for this excellent template!
Unfortunately, I’m not able to operate the sorting gallery with a smartphone (ex: page-team.html). First view is ok but then I click on a filter and the behaviour becomes erratic.

I’ve got this issue with 2 recent mobile phones of different brands.

Is this something fixable?

Hello, can you confirm if that problem happens in the preview site too? http://preview.oklerthemes.com/porto/3.4.0/page-team.html – I just tested it here in 2 different devices, Galaxy S4 and iPhone4s and it worked.

So, if it’s just on your site, please send me the URL so I can check.

Hello, I just tested your website here and I couldn’t see the issue, can you confirm if that is specific for that device? (Samsung Galaxy Core 4G) – The other thing we could test is to change the transition and play with the Isotope Options:

In the HTML change it to:

<ul class="nav nav-pills sort-source" data-sort-id="portfolio" data-option-key="filter" data-plugin-options='{"transitionDuration": 0}'>

my mistake: I used to test this on the Samsung browser, which is not compatible with your design.
Tested correctly on Chrome.
