Side Panel from Right – Add Sticky

    Hi. I would like to add the Side Panel from Right to my site. However, I would like to make the button/element sticky and OUTSIDE the frame of my body text. Is that possible? I currently have a chat feature on the bottom right that is sticky. I would remove that feature, if the Side Panel from Right could be sticky. Thanks.
