Some problems

Hi, I’ve some problems to set the theme.

First, the map in contact, is impossible to set my city, I try with lat-long but not works, what is wrong?

Second, setting email, script use PHP email right? I have put my address but wen in form I write with real email this not arrive, if I write with fake email this come in spam folder, can you explain me how to set all and what files I have to edit?

Hello,

1) It should work with lat/long, please see the method 2 of this topic: http://www.okler.net/forums/topic/how-to-change-the-map-location/ – then you can go to this page, and just drag n’ drop the pin where you want to put the marker on your site (using the lat/long provided), If it’s still not working, please send me the URL and the address that you want to use.

2) Are you using the basic or the advanced contact form? Can you send me the URL so I can check?

Yes I see, I’ve found real files to edit for map, but is present the same problem, if someone write me from contact form all email go to spam.

Ok, so I’d like to know which version of Porto are you using 🙂

Because if it’s 3.2+ you can try to enable the phpMailer as shown in this topic: http://www.okler.net/forums/topic/important-contact-form-is-not-working/ and set the “FROM” to “TO”, like this:

It may work, because the AddReplyTo is set below.
