Sub-menu item adding characters for link

Hello,
We have one submenu item on our navigation and for some reason it’s adding extra characters and then throws a error for the page.

We’ve never had this issue before with submenu navigation items.

Do you have any idea why it might be doing that?

The link should be:
http://edgeroc.com/beta-sites/PRTG/financial-and-investment-services

The link comes out looking like this:
http://edgeroc.com/beta-sites/PRTG/%E2%80%8Bfinancial-and-investment-services

It adds this to the front of the link: %E2%80%8B

Really that’s a very strange issue.

Please refer to this link for a solution:

Open the code with a text editor and write href="financial-and-investment-services" again (without copy/paste).

If we inspect with developer tools the code is there:

So probably the issue is like explained on the provided link.
