KeymasterHello, first thanks for your purchase.
also how can i space the letters in the first slider
Each letter in the slider is a separate layer. This mean that you need control the position of each letter. This can be done trough attributes
data-x data-hoffsetfor horizontal position anddata-y data-v-offsetfor vertical position:

* Note that each attribute has 4 values. Each one is applied for each screen resolution (Desktops, Laptops, Tablets and Smartphones).
the first paragraph is displayed correctly but the second one not .
Sorry but I am little confused with this question. You mean the space at right side of paragraphs? Can you please explain with more details ? Also would be great if you can send a online test link with your website.
Kind Regards,
Rodrigo.

Participanthello i fixed the first one according to your direction by changing the data offset now it’s working fine
for the second slider i meant the arabic characters are not displayed correctly , i found where the problem sits
if i remove the"split":"chars"the text is displayed normally without any animation .
the split chars feature seems to work only on english and french characters not on languages which work from right to left.<div class="tp-caption font-weight-light text-color-light" data-frames='[{"from":"opacity:0;","speed":300,"to":"o:0.8;","delay":2000,"split":"chars","splitdelay":0.05,"ease":"Power2.easeInOut"},{"delay":"wait","speed":1000,"to":"y:[100%];","mask":"x:inherit;y:inherit;s:inherit;e:inherit;","ease":"Power2.easeInOut"}]' data-x="center" data-y="center" data-voffset="['-5','-5','-5','15']" data-fontsize="['18','18','18','35']" data-lineheight="['20','20','20','40']">Porto is a huge success in the of one of the world’s largest MarketPlace.</div>

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for the explanation.
I did some research on ThemePunch Revolution Slider forums and seems that the split chars effect don’t support arabic characters. Please note that Revolution Slider is a bundled premium plugin within Porto and we don’t have too much control to provide a fix on that issue.
Unfortunately the only way for now is disable the split chars effect.
Please try that and let us know if you need further assistance.
Kind Regards,
Rodrigo.

ParticipantThanks for the Help now everything is clear , just another random question isn’t there a full documentation on how to use the scripts on the pages , like how to see all the parameters related to text colors , how to change them , for example , i want to change this text color or increase the size of it .
for example in the footer i want to change the color and size of the phone number and email address :
(800) 123-4567 [email protected]also another question related to the slider , for example i want to put a background picture right after the text appears is there an example for that ?
thanks for help

KeymasterHello,
You can find these infos ine the documentation that comes with Porto. It’s on .zip downloaded from ThemeForest inside the folder “Documentation”. With the documentation opened, see the sections “Javascript” and “CSS Structure”.
Porto comes with a builtin structure to initialize JS plugins trough HTML data attributes. Eg:
data-plugin-revolution-slider data-plugin-options="{xxxxx}"to initialize a Revolution Slider, where you can pass all plugin options in thedata-plugin-options.You can learn more about that in our documentation.
Regarding text color: Porto comes with ready classes for text color, font size, line height, opacity, etc.. For example:
<span class="text-color-primary text-5 pl-2">(800) 123-4567</span>
* In the example above will change text color to primary and increase the font size.
You can learn more about these ready classes at our documentation.
To change the default colors value (primary, secondary, tertiary, quaternary) you can use our style switcher to generate a new skin file:
Regarding slider background, the image background is defined trough
<img>tag right after the<li>in the HTML code of slider:... ..... ... <li class="slide-overlay slide-overlay-primary" data-transition="fade"> <img src="img/slides/slide-corporate-1-1.jpg" alt="" data-bgposition="center center" data-bgfit="cover" data-bgrepeat="no-repeat" class="rev-slidebg"> .. ..... .... ..
Please try that and let us know if you need further assistance.
Kind Regards,
Rodrigo.
