Sorry I wasn’t clear. When the sticky bar is visible it has an “X” to close the bar. When the user closes it, the bar disappears. How long until the bar reappears? Is it hours or days or ever? I want to find the setting that affects that so I can adjust it.

I understand you don’t help with customization and I appreciate what you did. However, here’s the exact code you gave me and it does not work: https://www.videomvp.com/test2.html

I’m using Dreamweaver and it does not show any open tags.

It doesn’t make sense to me that this code works:

Thank you, but your link above is displaying them wrong for me. I don’t understand. I just retried Edge after deleting all history and files. Got the same result. I’ve tried multiple computers, browsers, and mobiles, all are the same.

I have hard refreshed, re-uploaded the previous css files, renamed the custom css file and nothing changes.

Thank you, but it’s still not working. I added the code to custom.js and still get the same error. I only wanted to duplicate the working contact page form, so I didn’t think much customization was needed. I feel like I’m just missing one piece of the puzzle.
