Problem with contact-us-advanced – 404 redirect

Hello,

I have a little problem with the contact-us-advanced.php
After clicking on the send message, no notification of sending a message. Just redirect (404) —-> http://www.mysite.com/404.html#contact-sent

I tried adding “/” in CaptchaURL but it still does not work.

Do you know how to solve the problem?

Hello, the URL of the page that the form goes when you submit the form is set at:

<form id="contactFormAdvanced" action="contact-us-advanced.php#contact-sent" method="POST" enctype="multipart/form-data">

If you could send us the URL of your site we can take a look.

In the very begining I want to thank you for the reply.

The problem occured when I changed the name of the web page, but thanks to you I was able to fix it. When I saw “action=”contact-us- advanced.php#contact-sent”” .It was clear to me where my mistake was. I want to thank you once more.

Hello,

I have the same issue. I just uploaded the new 3.3.2 PHPmailer and now it redirects to http://www.mysite.com/contact.php#contact-sent –> I used to get the “success!” directly on the same contact page-template and now I get a blank screen.

Any advice ?
